Model HD15

SOLVENT RECOVERY STILL

Dimensions:   30” front to back, x 20” side to side, x 50” high.

Fabrication:    14 - 12 gauge stainless steel.

The top of the main distillation tank, and water separator will be sealed and vented to the top of the degreaser (under the low temp coils).  This will eliminate the possible pressure build up in the Still, and residual vapor will be recovered in the degreaser (under the refrigeration unit).  Included are all the safety controls for proper operation of the Still with customer’s choice of solvent (The same controls that are used for the degreaser).

A magnetic pump assembly (1/25 HP pump motor) is installed on the boiling sump of the Degreaser and Still unit to “PUMP OUT” contaminated solvent when required.  The boiling sump and the Still sump are on the same level and will not require a pump for transfer.  The return distilled solvent is gravity fed back into the degreaser storage tank.  A valve is installed between units for boil down of distillation unit.
