EXCESSIVE CLEANING TIME

Quotations are developed on the basis that the unit to be retrofitted is free of excessive buildup in the tank and is relatively clean (we include one (1) hour of cleaning time in our quote). If upon inspection at our facility it is determined that the condition of the unit is otherwise, customer will be notified and advised of the additional charges (time and materials) to clean the unit. (Customer to be notified by fax - with Ultronix awaiting authorization to proceed.)

Trouble signs, which normally result in additional clean-up time and charges, include rusted tanks (could be the result of an acid condition, which is trouble), contamination/build-up in the bottom of the tank or on the heater elements, and leakage (which has pitted painted surfaces). Please inspect your unit prior to shipment to ensure that your unit is ready for retrofitting.

*This process does not involve the reconditioning of the basic unit (reconditioning can be quoted on a time and materials basis).

**Upon inspection, Ultronix will advise customer of equipment condition and await authorization to repair/replace worn or defective parts.
