COMPANY HISTORY

Carl and Elaine Wolf established Ultronix in 1988. Elaine Wolf, President Ultronix Inc. expertise included: 20 years of accounting, office management and financial control experience. Carl Wolf, General Manager, brought with him 25 years experience in the chemical cleaning and manufacturing industry.

Having started the business running from their garage, Ultronix grew at a fast, but controlled pace, gaining customer confidence and acceptance with equipment options, enhancements and service solutions.

Today, Ultronix Inc.’s 12,000 square foot (with room for expansion) facility is located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.   Ultronix Inc. was incorporated in 1989 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ultronix Inc. is a privately-held corporation

CORPORATE TEAM

Carl Wolf designed Ultronix Inc.’s patent pending, standard EE series systems with the Ultronix Zer-O-Coil and Internal Hoist feature as well as many Custom-Designed degreasing systems.

Our Engineering team has over 125 years of combined experience in: Electrical Design, Refrigeration, Welding and Project Management. Our Refrigeration Technicians are licensed members of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES)
