EE12 Vapor Degreaser EE Series Vapor Degreaser
The Ultronix EE Series vapor degreasers come in three versions: (liquid vapor, ultrasonic liquid vapor, and vapor spray) in four (4) standard sizes. All of our standard EE Series vapor degreasers include the Ultronix Zer-O-Coil continuous freeboard chiller, internal hoist assembly, and air powered lid and meet both the EPA's NESHAP and SCAQMD, Rule 1122 regulations. Standard size degreasers can be modified to meet your specific requirements.
EC1210 Vapor Degreaser EC1210 Liquid Vapor Degreaser
(vapor spray version also available) which will meet your small parts degreasing needs. Ultrasonics, spraying system and internal hoist assembly can be added as an option.
Ultrasonic Benchtop Vapor Degreaser Model BT-1.5 Ultrasonic Bench top Vapor Degreaser
The Ultronix Model BT-1.5 is our smallest vapor degreaser. Water-cooled version also available. Freeboard chiller can be added as an option. This degreaser is designed for minimal usage (a few hours per week). This unit is mainly used for qualification of parts.
Model 10-75 Displacement Dryer Model 10-75 Displacement Dryer
The Ultronix Model 10-75 Displacement Dryer is the solution to your labor-intensive system for drying your parts.  Our Spot-free Displacement Dryer is economical, small, and portable.  Larger sizes are available in either a two or three sump version. This unit can be modified for use as a Non-Flammable Alcohol Dryer (Solvent Dryer)

Used Equipment - Ultronix has a large inventory of used vapor degreasing equipment from various manufacturers.  Photos and specifications of some of our used vapor degreaser inventory are available on our Used Equipment page.  All used vapor degreasing equipment is available for inspection by appointment and is subject to prior sale.  All used equipment is tested before shipment.  Customer has the option of being present while their degreaser is in the testing phase. 


Other Equipment - Ultronix also provides the following equipment (new and used):  Aqueous Cleaning Systems, Solvent Recovery Stills, and Water Chillers.


Vapor Degreaser Retrofit Package - Ultronix can retrofit your vapor degreaser (or one of our used vapor degreasers) to meet NESHAP and/or  SCAQMD, Rule 1122 regulations.   Our standard retrofit package includes our Zer-O-Coil (continuous freeboard chiller) system which operates at -10o to 30o F without a defrost cycle.  Therefore, the Zer-O-Coil maintains a constant air blanket above the vapor for more efficient operation making it 50% more efficient than competitive freeboard chillers. 


Choosing a Solvent - Please review the information on our Solvent page.   If you need additional information, we can put you in contact with a chemical representative in your area.   In addition, Ultronix can clean some of your parts in your choice of chemical at our facility to ensure that your parts are cleaned to the level required for your application.  You are welcome to be present for this testing or we can ship your parts back to you for inspection.


 Service Calls/Maintenance Agreement - Ultronix can repair your vapor degreaser on a time and materials basis (on-site or shipped to our facility) or we can setup a Maintenance Agreement to service your machine on a regular basis (quarterly, semi-annually, annually).

Rental Equipment - Ultronix has used vapor degreasing equipment (retrofitted and non-retrofitted) available for rental.  If your degreasing project is for a short period of time, if your budget is limited, or if you would just like to "try before you buy", please contact us for availability and pricing. 


Safety Controls and Spare Parts - Ultronix has safety controls and other spare parts for many of the manufacturer's vapor degreasers.  Please provide us with the model number of your vapor degreaser and the part number (if available) of the part that you need.
